Poe is a 4-year-old, 60 lb Pittie mix who is as playful and loyal as he is affectionate. He's an outgoing and fun-loving guy with a perfect blend of goofiness and smarts, guaranteed to make you laugh one minute and melt your heart the next. Poe is always up for a mini photo shoot and loves to be part of the family.

Ideal Home

Poe would thrive in a moderate-to-high activity home where he can stay busy with walks, play sessions, and having a job to do. His adopter should be prepared to comfort him during loud noises like thunder, fireworks, and buzzing sounds, as he is terrified of them.

Ongoing Health

Poe has no known ongoing health concerns.

Training & Support

Poe is fully house-trained and crate-trained. He may pull on the leash when excited if he hasn't burned off energy first, and could benefit from continued leash training and learning new commands, though he is eager to please and learn. He is not a guarder of food or people.

Transporation

Poe is being fostered in Austin, Texas. Transports run every few weeks, and approved dogs will be placed on the next available transport out of state. Transport is included in the adoption donation.
