Hanky's dream home is a peaceful sanctuary where he can be the center of your world. While he'd love a yard to sniff around in, his calm demeanor makes him perfectly suited for apartment living, as long as his favorite human is nearby. He would be a wonderful companion for a calm resident dog, but he's also perfectly content to be your one and only and soak up all the attention. Hanky prefers a feline-free home where he can be the star of the show.

All vetting is included in the adoption fee, including DAPP with booster, Bordetella, and Rabies vaccines, multiple broad-spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, a 12-month injectable heartworm preventative, a heartworm test and treatment if needed, and a microchip with free lifetime registration.
Training & Support
Hanky is a gentleman who gets along with other dogs with a slow and steady approach. He prefers friends who share his chill vibe and appreciates quiet co-existence. While he's a well-behaved boy, all pets benefit from ongoing training and socialization.

Hanks is currently in Texas. We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our rescue-run USDA-certified transport system, ensuring every pet travels safely and comfortably with 24/7 care. Drop-off locations include WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada. You can track their journey in real-time and receive photo updates. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
