Meet Mandala! This handsome boy came to us through our Humane Investigations Department. After a court case cleared, he's finally ready to find his forever home! Our staff and volunteers have gotten to know Mandala well during his stay. We know he loves having his face massaged to help him fall asleep and that his zoomies can be truly epic! He's also a fantastic squirrel watcher, a toy de-stuffer extraordinaire, and a connoisseur of meat snacks. Mandala has been an office foster, proving to be a wonderful supervisor and roommate.
Mandala was previously adopted and settled in beautifully as a loving couch potato. Sadly, his adopter passed away, and he returned to us. We're eager to help Mandala find another loving home where he can thrive. He truly blossoms once he feels secure.
Ideal Home
Mandala needs to be the only pet in the home and is looking for an adult-only household. His ideal adopters should not live in communal housing. To help him be his best self, he should avoid dog parks and interactions with other dogs. Mandala is not a fan of the cold and would prefer to snuggle up with you on a cozy day rather than play outside.
Ongoing Health
Mandala is currently undergoing muzzle training and is doing an incredible job. All our animals are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on vaccines, and microchipped.
Training & Support
Mandala is very food motivated and willing to try his best to learn new things, especially when chicken is involved! He is part of our Foster-To-Adopt program, meaning our trainers will work with you and Mandala for four weeks in his new home to help him acclimate. He is also part of our Rosie's Rule program, which provides a GPS-enabled dog collar and a one-year subscription to the Fi App at no cost to his new family. Mandala is an "Extra Loved" resident, meaning a generous donor has sponsored his adoption fee.
