Sage Cowan

Sage Cowan is a beautiful shepherd mix with striking ice-blue eyes, hinting at a husky lineage. She's an energetic explorer who loves to sniff out new adventures, and her joy for water means she'll happily splash in any pond, puddle, or ditch she finds! Sage is attentive to people, walks nicely on a leash, and listens well to commands. When playing fetch in the yard, she enjoys a spirited game of "keep away." She's athletic, healthy, and loves to wrestle with active male dog friends. Sage has also proven to be a social butterfly, calmly observing and warmly greeting people at rescue events, showing off her good manners and ability to relax and be part of the fun.

Ideal Home

Sage would thrive in an active home or on a large property like a farm or ranch where she can get plenty of daily exercise.

Sage is vaccinated, spayed, and microchipped. She has also been treated for heartworms.

Training & Support

Sage enjoys playing "keep away" during yard play. Otherwise, she has great manners and is known to relax on a leash.
