Waldo is a gentle, easygoing pup with a heart full of love and a personality that makes him an absolute standout. This adoring boy is the definition of a “true gentleman”—respectful, calm, and always happy to be by your side. He’s the kind of dog who doesn’t need to demand attention… he just quietly earns it.
A proud “short king,” Waldo is a stocky little guy built for maximum cuddles. He’s happiest lounging next to you as a certified couch potato, soaking up affection and giving it right back. With his low to medium energy level, he’s perfectly content with a nice walk followed by plenty of chill time at home. Think: the ideal balance of companion and cuddle buddy. Waldo has tons of love to give and shares it freely with his people. Whether he’s gently leaning into you for pets or keeping you company during a cozy night in, he’s always all in. His sweet, respectful nature makes him a joy to have around—no drama, just love.
Ideal Home
Waldo would do well with dog-savvy children over 8, though we recommend proper introductions and ensuring any kids in the home understand dog body language and boundaries.

Training & Support
On walks, Waldo can get a little enthusiastic and may pull at times, but he’s very food motivated and responds well to gentle correction with treats—making continued training both rewarding and effective. He has already mastered “sit,” is quickly learning “stay,” and shows a growing understanding of “leave it” and “drop it.” With consistency, he’s sure to keep impressing. He has had light interactions with other dogs and shows positive interest. As with any pup, slow and thoughtful introductions are best—parallel walks and gradual, supervised meetings will set him up for success. He has not yet been cat tested.
