About Molly

Meet Molly! She's a 50lb, 1-year-old spayed lab mix who is ready to fill your life with playfulness, sweetness, and fun! Molly is a happy girl who loves to play with both dogs and people. She's energetic but gentle, enjoying romping, running, and giving playful little nibbles to keep the fun going. She'll gently tap you with her paw or rest her paws on your hands to ask for attention, often rewarding you with sweet kisses and affectionate nibbles. Molly has great dog manners and has played nicely with dogs of all sizes, from a tiny Yorkie to a Husky. She walks nicely on leash and is building confidence with new experiences; passing cars can sometimes startle her, but she's making great progress. Molly is fully house-trained and enjoys relaxing in her crate, but she's also trustworthy when left loose in the house. She has shown no signs of resource guarding and has a moderate energy level that kicks into high gear with a playmate. She's curious and playful, always interested in what's going on around her while still enjoying time with her people. Molly has met children and was comfortable, and while she hasn't had much interaction with cats, she has remained calm and non-reactive when seeing one on a walk.

Ideal Home

Molly would thrive in a home with another playful dog or with an active adult or family with playful children who can help meet her social and exercise needs. She is looking for a family that will embrace her playful spirit, encourage her confidence, and give her plenty of opportunities for fun, adventure, and love.
