Ozzy (20260627-07)

Ozzy is a charming 2-month-old puppy with a weight of 10-20 lbs, and he's a delightful mix of Golden Lab. He's one of nine siblings who were surrendered due to unexpected circumstances and have now made their way to us to find loving forever homes. Ozzy has been raised in a home with children and other dogs, which has helped him develop a friendly, social, playful, and affectionate personality. He's a happy-go-lucky pup who is still exploring the world and exhibiting all the normal, curious behaviors of a puppy. He's beginning to learn crate training and sleeps with his siblings.

Ideal Home

Ozzy needs a home with a yard, and while he doesn't require another dog, it would be a plus. He is not suited for apartment living. His new family should be patient and committed, understanding the time, supervision, consistency, and positive reinforcement needed to help a young puppy grow into a well-adjusted adult dog.

Ongoing Health

Ozzy has not yet been spayed or neutered.

Training & Support

Ozzy is currently working on crate training and housetraining. He will need continued socialization and basic manners training. As a puppy, he is still learning what to chew on, and while he is not destructive, he will chew, especially when teething. Redirecting him to appropriate chew toys will be important. He is food-motivated and eager to learn, which will make positive training methods very rewarding.
