Garth is a sweet, affectionate boy who is over a year old and still waiting for his forever home. He was rescued with his brother from a shelter in Downey, CA, where they were at risk of being euthanized. Garth has undergone cherry eye surgery and is now neutered. He's friendly with both dogs and cats, and he absolutely adores people. He longs to be loved and to share his affectionate nature with a family of his own.
