Klarabella is a 2-year-old, 46-pound bundle of joy! She's a Caramelo Dog/Lab mix with an outgoing, energetic, and affectionate personality. Klarabella loves to play and thrives on being around people. She's incredibly social and gets along wonderfully with cats, other dogs, children, men, and women. Her fun-loving spirit brings excitement and joy wherever she goes, and she forms strong bonds with her people. Klarabella was rescued after wandering the streets of Houston, finding temporary refuge with a taco stand owner who cared for her. She was rescued just in time to prevent her from having a litter and is now safe and loved. Despite her past, she remains playful and full of life, looking for an active forever home that can offer her the love, guidance, and stability she deserves.
Ideal Home
Klarabella would love a home that enjoys outdoor activities and has a fenced backyard. Families should have an open mind regarding the behaviors of rescued street animals, understanding their need for protection and education. Experience with dog behavior and training, along with high tolerance and patience for rescued puppies, is highly preferred. Klarabella is not house-trained.
Ongoing Health
Klarabella has been spayed, vaccinated (DHPPI, Rabies, Bordetella), dewormed, and tested negative for heartworm. She comes with a health certificate and vaccination booklet.
Training & Support
Klarabella can be mischievous and enjoys destroying plastic items, containers, and toys if left unattended. She will do best with plenty of exercise, enrichment, and durable chew toys. As she is not house-trained, new adopters will need to be patient and consistent with training.

- A virtual meet-and-greet will be arranged with you, the foster, and the pet.
- A trial adoption period with an adoption contract will follow if all parties agree.
Transporation
Klarabella is currently being fostered in Houston, Texas, and is ready to travel to the East Coast and the Pacific Northwest if adopted. Transport is available for an additional fee.
