Meet Jasper, a charming 2-year-old Cattle Dog mix who was rescued from the Kern County Bakersfield shelter. Jasper is one of the friendliest dogs you'll ever meet! He was selected because he's great with people and other dogs. He's a high-energy pup who will likely settle down a bit as he ages, but he does require experienced owners and a good amount of daily exercise to stay happy and healthy.
