Andy

Meet Andy, a charming 2-year-old Retriever mix who's about 50-55 lbs of pure love! Andy's journey began a bit rough in Texas, where he and his siblings were sadly abandoned. Thankfully, they were rescued, and Andy has shown incredible resilience and affection. He's a total gentleman, house trained, crate trained, and has settled beautifully into his foster home. While he might be a little shy at first with new people, his kind and affectionate nature shines through once he feels comfortable. Andy loves routine, companionship, and being part of the family fun, whether it's walks, playtime, or just cuddling nearby. He walks nicely on leash, is gentle with treats, and is eager to please.

Ideal Home

Andy would thrive in a calm, loving environment. His biggest requirement is a canine companion to pal around with; he truly loves other dogs and would be happiest with a built-in best friend. People who appreciate a loyal, kindhearted companion are perfect for him. A yard is a bonus! We recommend homes with children 10 years and over.

Training & Support

Andy is already house trained and crate trained. He walks nicely on leash and is eager to please, making him a joy to train.
