Sonny

Sonny is a sweet and gentle boy who is learning to trust and love. He was found with his companion, Cher, scavenging for food on the streets of South LA. After a challenging rescue, Sonny has shown himself to be a quick learner and a loving companion. He enjoys being touched and is getting used to walking on a leash, which he's becoming quite a champ at. He also does very well in his crate. Sonny does experience some separation anxiety, which is understandable given his past, but with a loving and patient home, he's sure to blossom into an even more confident dog.

Ideal Home

A home where Sonny can continue to build trust and feel safe. Patience and understanding as he works through his separation anxiety will be key.

Ongoing Health

Sonny has been neutered.

Training & Support

Sonny is working on his separation anxiety and is a fast learner. He is already crate-trained and is becoming a pro with leash walking.
