Ricky - A Sweet and Loyal Companion

Hi there! My name is Ricky, and I'm a curious and affectionate 14-week-old puppy with an estimated birthday of March 30, 2026. I love giving kisses and getting belly rubs, and I'm a champ at learning new things once I get the hang of it! I didn't have the easiest start in life, as I was found abandoned in Texas, but a kind couple rescued me and contacted Freedom Street Rescue to help me find my forever home. While I might not have the flashiest looks, I more than make up for it with my sweet personality and loving nature. I'm a big fan of toys, especially a good game of tug-of-war, and I get along great with other dogs. My foster mom describes me as friendly, talkative, and playful. I currently weigh 17 pounds and am likely a terrier or lab mix, so I may grow into a medium to large-sized dog. I'm microchipped and up to date on my shots.

Ideal Home

I'm looking for a family to call my own where I can be showered with love and care. I promise to give you years of love and loyalty in return! I'd be a great companion for someone who wants a dog for walks during the day and relaxing on the couch at night.

Ongoing Health

I am up to date on my vaccinations and microchipped. I am too young to be neutered at this time, so my new family will be responsible for this procedure at the appropriate age.

Training & Support

I'm still learning about the world, and I like to take my time with new things like stairs, but I'm a quick learner!

Transportation
