July is an 8-year-old, spayed female Pitbull mix who weighs about 59 pounds. She's a sweet, affectionate girl with an adorable smile and a heart full of love to give. July was rescued from euthanasia at a county shelter in Houston, Texas, and is now in a foster home, ready to find her forever family. She's lived happily in both apartment and house settings, proving to be a wonderful companion. July enjoys a couple of walks a day, loves playing with toys, and her zoomies are sure to bring a smile to your face. She's a good cuddle buddy and is happiest when she's by your side.
Ideal Home
July would love a home where she can be showered with affection and have a cozy spot to snuggle. She's done well in both apartment and house settings. While she enjoys playtime, she's also content to relax with her people. Supervised play with very young children is recommended due to her size and enthusiasm.
Ongoing Health
July is spayed and up to date on vaccinations. She is generally healthy and has no known health conditions at this time.
Training & Support
July is fully house-trained and comfortable in a crate. She walks nicely on leash with only a little pulling and is eager to please. Continued leash training would be beneficial. While generally non-destructive, it’s a good idea to keep unattended shoes picked up to prevent any playful "borrowing."
