Bubble Gum

Meet Bubble Gum! He's a charming Lab Retriever/Corso mix with a heart of gold, estimated to be around 12-13 years young. Bubble Gum arrived at our shelter after a transfer from another rescue, and he's ready to find his forever family. He has a delightful personality – he absolutely loves anything that squeaks and enjoys the fun challenge of burying his toys only to dig them up later! Walks and hikes are a joy for him, and he's even known to enjoy a special outing to McDonalds with his favorite staff members. Bubble Gum can be a bit nervous and cautious in new environments, so he thrives with slow, gentle introductions to new people. We're looking for a patient and understanding adopter or family who is willing to have multiple meet-and-greets with our staff and Bubble Gum before he heads home.

Ideal Home

Bubble Gum is seeking an adult-only household where he can be the sole furry companion. He would do best in a home without young children, or where children do not visit frequently, to ensure he feels secure and comfortable.

Ongoing Health

Bubble Gum is a senior gentleman, and while he is up-to-date on vaccinations and has been neutered, we recommend continued monitoring and a loving environment to support his golden years.

Training & Support

While Bubble Gum is house-trained, his nervousness around new situations means he benefits from continued positive reinforcement and a predictable routine. Patience and understanding will go a long way in helping him settle into his new home.
