Meet Birdie, a 2-year-old, 60-pound Pointer mix who's the perfect combination of spirited energy and heartwarming affection! Birdie approaches each day with enthusiasm, ready for games and playtime, whether she's racing with her foster siblings or showing off her impressive zoomies in the yard. She's a natural at backyard fun and makes every day feel like a special occasion.

While Birdie might be a little shy when first meeting new people, she quickly blossoms into her affectionate and goofy self. Once she considers you part of her inner circle, you'll be treated to a barrage of tail wags, big smiles, and gentle nudges for cuddles.

Birdie is a bright and well-mannered dog. She's crate-trained, responds well to commands, and is so naturally polite, it's as if she's studied etiquette! A home with a fenced yard would be ideal for her to safely run and play. Birdie enjoys the company of dogs her size and would love to have playmates. Her compatibility with cats and smaller dogs is still being evaluated.
