Whoopi - A Sweet Girl Hoping for a Miracle

Whoopi is a beautiful girl who melts for belly rubs and face scratches. She loves to cuddle and is happiest curled up for a nap by your side. Her adorable smile and irresistibly squishy cheeks make it impossible not to fall in love. Whoopi was found abandoned and diagnosed with heartworm, but thanks to rescue and dedicated care, she's well on her way to a full recovery and finally getting the life she's always deserved. She is also a smart cookie, potty trained, knows "sit," and quickly learns routines. She is respectful in the home, only chews on her toys and bones, and enjoys tagging along for car rides. She's deeply loyal and devoted, the kind of companion who forms an incredible bond with her family.

Ideal Home

Whoopi would do best in a home without cats. A home with a fenced yard would be ideal while she continues building her confidence.

Ongoing Health

Whoopi was diagnosed with heartworm but is well on her way to a full recovery.

Training & Support

Whoopi is potty trained and knows "sit." She has started leash training with a prong collar and has already made tremendous progress. We're still learning how she feels about other dogs, and we'll continue slowly introducing her to other dogs and working on her social skills.
