Meet Pelvis Presley! This charming 1-year-old, 38lb Pitbull mix is a true sweetheart with a resilience that shines through. She was found as a stray and bravely overcame a previous broken pelvis. While it healed well, she might benefit from joint supplements to keep her comfortable as she ages. This little injury doesn't slow her down one bit, though; she's ready to play and enjoy life! Presley is a medium-energy girl who would be happy with regular walks, no marathon runs needed. She's a devoted companion who truly bonds with her person and will be your shadow around the house.
Ideal Home
Presley would love a home where someone is often present or can take her to work, as she experiences separation anxiety. A fenced yard is preferred since she's still working on her leash-walking skills. While she enjoys the company of other dogs and has lived with them harmoniously, she could be overwhelming for cats who aren't extremely dog-friendly, as she likes to chase and play.
Ongoing Health
Presley is spayed and up-to-date on her core vaccinations. She may benefit from joint supplements to support her pelvis's past injury and prevent future arthritis.
Training & Support
Presley is working on her house-training and is showing great improvement, and she's also happy to use a pee pad when offered. She's currently crated when her foster is not home but doesn't particularly enjoy it. She can be a little slow to warm up to new people but is a huge cuddler once she forms a bond. She knows her name and usually comes when called.
