Bear (Bonded Pair w/ Harli)

Bear and Harli are a sweet, gentle bonded pair who found themselves in need of a new home after their human sadly passed away. They had a loving life with their previous owner and were deeply attached to each other. Initially, they struggled at the shelter, but a compassionate foster home provided them with a safe haven. Now, they are with a long-term foster, eagerly awaiting their forever family.

These two are a bit shy when first meeting new people, which is understandable given their life changes. However, once they feel comfortable and secure, they are affectionate companions who enjoy being close to their humans. Bear is curious and a bit more reserved than Harli, but he absolutely adores his plush toys and can often be found with his favorite stuffy. He is also a big fan of belly rubs once he's settled in. Harli is a true couch potato, happy to go with the flow and be part of the family's activities. Both are gaining confidence in their foster home and are slowly learning to greet new people. They get along well with other dogs and have even been attempting to befriend the resident cat, showing patience and persistence.

Ideal Home

A home that can offer them patience and understanding as they warm up to new people. They would do best in a home with no more than one other dog, as they enjoy receiving plenty of attention.

Bear and Harli are generally healthy and have no known health concerns.

Training & Support

Bear and Harli are still building their confidence and learning to greet new people. Patience and positive reinforcement will be key to their continued growth. They are not aggressive and share their food and toys peacefully.
