Meet Dream! This lovely 1.5-year-old, 69lb girl has a truly heartwarming story. She was found all alone, bravely trying to survive, until a kind volunteer spotted her. Running after the car, it was clear she knew help had arrived! Now, Dream is ready to leave her past behind and find the loving, forever home she truly deserves.

Dream is a gentle and sweet soul. She can be a little shy at first, but with patience and understanding, her true, loving personality blossoms. She forms deep bonds with her people and is incredibly loyal.

Ideal Home

Dream would thrive in a quieter, more relaxed environment, ideally with a homebody type of person or family. A fenced yard would be wonderful for her to play in. She does well with other dogs and is curious about cats, showing gentle, non-aggressive interest, so with proper introductions, she might do well in a multi-pet home. She would do best in a home with children over the age of 10 who can respect her space and help her feel secure as she adjusts.

Ongoing Health

Dream has received a thorough veterinary examination, all routine annual vaccinations (Rabies, DHLPP, Bordetella), a heartworm test, fecal test, deworming, microchip, flea and tick prevention, heartworm prevention, and has been spayed. She has also completed a two-week quarantine period. Following veterinary advice, any dog treated for heartworm may test positive for up to 4-6 months after treatment. They are placed on preventative medication to kill larvae, and a re-test is recommended after 5-6 months. You will be responsible for all follow-up vetting after adoption.

Training & Support

While Dream loves to play and explore, she also cherishes downtime and cuddling with her humans and canine companions. She enjoys walks but finds comfort in being close to her family.
