Maverick

Meet Maverick! Behind those striking blue eyes is a dog with a story and a second chance. Maverick has been through a lot in his short life, but thanks to his wonderful foster and trainer, Donna, he's learning what it means to feel safe, understood, and loved. This handsome one-year-old is active, intelligent, and full of personality. He thrives on structure and clear direction, and he's been working hard on his manners, leash skills, and confidence around new people and environments. Sometimes the best dogs are the ones who've had to learn how to trust again.

Ideal Home

Maverick would do best in an adult-only home where he can be the only dog. He needs a home that appreciates his need for guidance and continued training.

Ongoing Health

Maverick is neutered and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Maverick is a work-in-progress and has been working hard on his manners, leash skills, and confidence around new people and environments. He requires ongoing training and guidance to continue his journey.
