CANYON

CANYON is a loving and precious 5-year-old German Shepherd. This special boy has been through a lot, being dumped by his family and then hit by a car. He underwent emergency surgery on his leg and will have rods removed in the future. Despite his ordeal, CANYON still loves to play and walks around normally. He is super affectionate, loves attention, and is a big goofball! He's crate and potty trained, but will need crate rest until fully healed. CANYON has done well around other dogs, which is remarkable considering everything he's been through and how uncomfortable he must still be. He is a wonderful, bright, and grateful dog who will make a great companion to anyone looking for their new best friend.

Ideal Home

CANYON would thrive in a home where he can receive plenty of affection and attention. He will need continued crate rest as he heals from his surgery.

CANYON had emergency surgery on his leg due to an injury from being hit by a car. He will need rods removed in the future and requires crate rest until he is fully healed.

Training & Support

CANYON is already crate and potty trained. He's done well with other dogs, but will need ongoing positive reinforcement as he recovers.
