Flora

Flora is a beautiful, smart, and energetic girl with a heart full of loyalty and love. She was rescued from a difficult situation on a rooftop in Jarretaderas and has been with us since June 2022. Flora is a high-drive dog who thrives with routine, ample space, and an experienced owner who can provide clear guidance. She gets along well with most dogs but prefers to be the leader of the pack. The bustling shelter environment can be a bit much for her, but she walks wonderfully on a leash and is incredibly intelligent. With the right training and a confident leader, Flora is sure to blossom.

Ideal Home

Flora needs a home with a fenced yard or a large property, making her unsuitable for condos or apartments. She'll do best with an experienced adopter who can provide the structure and leadership she needs.

Ongoing Health

Flora is spayed and up-to-date on her vaccinations.

Training & Support

Flora is a quick learner and would greatly benefit from ongoing training to help her reach her full potential. She is looking for a confident leader to help her shine.

Transportation

Our rescue is located near Bucerias, Mexico. We adopt dogs to the US and Canada. Approved adopters will meet flight companions at the airport to welcome their new pup home. During the summer months, if a Canadian flight companion is unavailable, dogs may fly into the US and be picked up at Peace Arch Park at the border.
