Application Details:

• Applications start by contacting us through Wags.
• Once your application is approved, you'll receive an "Approval Letter" followed by the "Transport Roster Information form."
• The Transport Roster Information form will guide you to select your pickup location and provide links to pay the $75 Transport fee.
• The adoption fee of $200 is due upon pickup.

Elizabeth is currently located at Greg King Canine Recovery Dog Rescue at 484 Farren Rd, Texarkana, TX 75503. We offer monthly transport to the following locations:

• Poplar Bluff, Missouri
• Arnold, Missouri
• Springfield, Illinois
• Bloomington, Illinois
• Rockford, Illinois
• Joliet, Illinois
• Kalamazoo, Michigan

You can also choose to pick up Elizabeth directly from our rescue in Texarkana, Texas.
