I may have been discarded, but it didn't dampen my spirit or keep me from loving big. I'm Ireland, an 8.5-year-old, 45-pound, German Shepherd Dog mix with a heart as big as they come. I love to play outside but I'm also happy to just snuggle up. Basically, I love my people and I'm all about pleasing them. I promise to greet you with a big ol' smile and a happy little Irish jig.

Ideal Home

My dream home would have a privacy-fenced yard. I would do best in a home with older, respectful children, as the chaos of little ones might scare me.

Ongoing Health

My adoption fee includes my spay/neuter, vaccinations, wellness exam, heartworm test, and microchip.

Training & Support

I'm fully house and kennel trained and pretty good on my leash. I get along with other friendly dogs, as well as dog-savvy cats. I am a pack animal, so I am not suited for an outdoor-only home.

I am located in Springfield, MO. We do adopt out of state and adopters are responsible for coming to get me and returning me if the adoption does not work out.
