Cookie is a stunning, approximately 2-year-old, 50-pound Poodle who is the epitome of perfection and is eagerly searching for her forever home. She is a dog-friendly girl, living harmoniously with a pack of six dogs ranging in size from Chihuahua to Great Pyrenees. Cookie also shares her life with five cats and is a dream with children, having experience with teenagers and toddlers. Even horses are no bother; she regards them with respectful awe. She is already crate-trained, sleeping soundly in her crate while her humans are away, and is also house-trained. Cookie is a treat to groom, both professionally and at home, and she is an excellent traveler on car rides. She's not a chewer, has a gentle mouth, and is an expert at taking treats. Cookie is also a fantastic eater, having gained a healthy 16 pounds recently. She possesses excellent house manners, ensuring your belongings are safe from curious paws. She's a deep sleeper, often choosing to sleep in bed. While not currently in a fenced yard, Cookie shows great potential for recall training and enjoys visiting a friend's fenced yard on weekends. Her temperament is consistently happy and joyful; she has never been observed to growl or show unhappiness. Cookie is not a barker, except for brief alerts to deliveries, and she settles down quickly. She is highly adaptable, content to binge-watch shows on the couch or join you for walks, kayaking, or hiking, making her the perfect companion with an ideal energy level. Cookie has been an angel during all veterinary visits, including her recent heartworm treatment, routine vaccinations, testing, and even a bilateral entropion repair surgery on her lower eyelids. She is wonderful with all people, including men, women, the elderly, and even the mail carrier!
