About Molly - Smart, Affectionate, Loyal Companion & Loves Car Rides! Please read her story!

Molly is a survivor and is the true meaning of the word “rescue.” When her family moved, they left her behind—chained to a tree in the East Texas Piney Woods. Somehow, this amazing girl survived for months on her own, not sure what she ate and drinking rainwater. The fact that she made it through is nothing short of a miracle… The best part? Molly hasn’t let her past define her. From the moment she was brought to safety, she jumped into her new life with courage and gratitude! She adores having regular meals, a soft bed, and—most of all—human companionship! Molly absolutely loves being petted and soaks up attention like she’s making up for lost time. She is friendly with everyone she meets! Molly is a mix of Lab and Boxer with a sleek black coat and sweet white markings on her face, chest, and paws. She has floppy ears, a long tail, and weighs about 65 pounds. She is 3 years old. Molly has already survived the hardest chapter of her life. Now she deserves the soft, safe, love-filled chapter—with a family who will never leave her behind again.

Ideal Home

Molly is a medium energy girl who prefers calm, easygoing dogs. She loves a fenced yard where she can run freely.

Ongoing Health

Molly is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines.

Training & Support

Molly is very food motivated, which makes training easier, and she’s already learned the basics: “sit,” “down,” and “stay.” She takes treats gently. She is house and crate trained. She is looking for a loving family who will continue her training.
