About Summer (5mo PUPPY)

Hi there! My name is Summer, and I'm an adorable 5-6 month old Shepherd mix pup with a heart full of love and a tail that wiggles with excitement! My siblings and I had a rough start, being found abandoned on a rural road. Thankfully, a kind soul brought us to safety, and now I'm ready to find my forever family. My breed mix is a bit of a mystery, which makes me even more unique! I'm a bundle of energy and have a fun-loving personality that's sure to win you over. I'm looking for a patient adopter who's ready for a lifetime of love, laughter, puppy kisses, and adventures. If you're prepared for a 10-15 year commitment and all the joys (and occasional muddy paws!) that come with it, I might be your perfect match!

Ideal Home

Summer will do great with kids, other dogs, and cats.

Ongoing Health

Summer will be up-to-date on vaccinations, heart-worm testing, monthly preventatives, and will be spayed or neutered. As she is under 6 months old, a spay/neuter contract will be required, with a portion of the adoption fee refunded upon documentation.

Training & Support

Summer is a baby and needs full obedience training. This includes house training and crate training. A patient adopter is key to her success!

Application Details:

  • Applications start by contacting us through Wags.
  • An application must be submitted before scheduling an appointment to meet Summer.
  • Dogs are introduced to prospective adopters by appointment only.
  • Due to high email volume, first priority is given to those with submitted applications.
  • Please be respectful of our dedicated volunteer's time.

Transporation

Summer is currently being fostered in Tennessee. We do transport dogs to the East Coast, and a transport fee will apply.
