Nona is a delightful 1-year-old, 50 lb spayed female Staffie mix with a personality that's truly starting to shine! She's in her playful older puppy era, growing more confident each day and soaking up the world with infectious joy. Nona has a unique, sturdy build that's as adorable as it is functional, making her a hilarious sight as she zooms around the yard or proudly hops onto the couch. She's a fast learner, a little tank with a lot of heart, and she greets her foster mom with enthusiastic leaps after work. Nona is a sweet and playful companion who loves being near her people, her whole body wiggling with excitement when she's happy. She adores meeting new friends, from strolls downtown to making canine pals and meeting strangers. Nona is incredibly clever and loves a good puzzle or challenge, easily navigating obstacles with her smarts. She's highly motivated by toys and treats, making training a fun and rewarding experience. Nona has mastered "sit" and is working on her leash manners, already enjoying adventures up to 2-3 miles. While she might not love car rides initially, she's a delightful presence once she arrives. She's fully crate-trained and settles beautifully overnight, and her potty training is going great with consistent reinforcement. Nona is also a sweet little watchdog, alerting her family to anything unfamiliar. Her most irresistible feature is her adorable underbite, which adds to her charmingly goofy expressions.

Nona has recently mastered "sit" and is continuing to work on her leash manners. She is fully crate-trained and doing great with her potty training and just needs a family willing to continue reinforcing her routine. She can get a little extra attached to a favorite toy now and then.
