Much like Courage the Cowardly Dog, his big heart is wrapped in a layer of skepticism. He may shy away from his own shadow, but behind those soulful eyes is a dog who truly longs for affection. With patience, consistency, and gentle love, Loki slowly begins to blossom. It may take a few days—or even a week—for him to feel safe, but once he does, you’ll discover the depth of his devotion. He’s curious about the world but often lacks the confidence to explore it on his own, preferring instead to lean on someone calm, steady, and kind. Loki is searching for that special person who will show him he’ll never be left behind again, someone who can give him the gift of security and love. In return, he’ll offer a bond as soulful and lasting as they come.

Loki may be a bit shy initially and may need time to build confidence. He benefits from calm, steady guidance and reassurance. Continued training and understanding as he adjusts to his new home will help him become a wonderful companion.

- Our adoption fee ranges from $150-500 for those being transported, and is $75 for those being picked up at our Angleton, TX location. This fee covers transport and all vetting.

Loki is located in Angleton, TX. He is available for transport to VA, PA, CT, VT, NY, UT, ID, OR, TX, WA, & OH. Transport is provided via air-conditioned buses with dedicated attendants. An adoption coordinator will help find the closest transport pick-up location.
