My name is Rachel, and I'm a young, medium-sized female Australian Cattle Dog mix. I was adopted as a puppy and returned because I was a little too enthusiastic with my herding instincts towards the other dog in the home. I can be a bit shy with new people and might offer some initial "stranger danger" barking, but I'm working on widening my circle of friends! I truly am a diamond in the rough if you have the time to get to know me. I absolutely love long walks and hikes, so I'm looking for an active person or family to join me on adventures! My best pal here at the shelter has been Trigger.
