Mochi

Mochi is a sweet husky mix who is learning what it means to feel safe and loved in a home. She’s adjusting beautifully and showing just how gentle and thoughtful she is. So far, she’s getting along well with her foster brother, a 2-year-old Golden Retriever, and has politely ignored her foster sister—a truly spicy kitty who hates everything. Mochi also lives with two younger humans (ages 8 and 11) and has been very kind and patient with them. She’s still a little unsure about going outside, but she does venture out to go potty and has been sleeping quietly through the night. Mochi is a gentle, curious girl who is just looking for someone to love and care for her. She’s ready for a family willing to offer consistency, stability, and affection—and in return, she’ll offer loyalty and love.

Ideal Home

Mochi has been patient and kind with children ages 8 and up. She has also done well with a resident Golden Retriever and has ignored a resident cat. She is still a little unsure about going outside.

Ongoing Health

Mochi has been spayed and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Mochi is house-trained and has been sleeping quietly through the night. She is still working on her confidence with going outside.
