A little about them

Meet Dooley, a handsome and gentle Lab/Hound/Retriever mix born around 2020. At 69 pounds, he is a lovable, loyal goofball who enjoys rolling in the grass, relaxing in the sunshine, and staying close to his favorite people. After a difficult shelter experience, Dooley has slowly rebuilt his confidence in foster care and is ready for a patient, loving forever family.

Ideal Home

Dooley gets along best with smaller, easygoing dogs and would also be happy as your only dog. He is great with children, though older children are recommended because his size and enthusiasm could accidentally knock over younger kids. A fenced yard would give him a safe place to explore and enjoy the outdoors.

Ongoing Health

Dooley is neutered, fully vaccinated, and microchipped.

Training & Support

Dooley is crate trained, house trained, and walks beautifully on a leash. He has medium energy, learns quickly, and is eager to please.
