Teddy is a handsome German Shepherd mix who has been through a lot of change and is looking for his safe and loving forever home. He bonds deeply with his people and is protective of them, which can sometimes manifest as reactivity to new people. Because of this, Teddy would do best in a home where he won't encounter unfamiliar individuals frequently. He truly shines when he's with his known companions, enjoying activities like running alongside an ATV on the farm. While he's done well with a female dog, he can be reactive towards other male dogs. Teddy also has a strong prey drive and will chase cats, so a cat-free environment is a must. He has so much love to give and is eager to find a situation where he can feel secure and relaxed.
