He started his life needing a fresh start but found his luck change when he was welcomed into foster care. Now this happy, thriving pup is ready to find the forever family he's been waiting for!
At just 1 year old and weighing in at 41lbs, Chuck is everything you'd expect from a young Blue Heeler mix. He's curious, energetic, incredibly intelligent, and always ready for his next adventure. He bonds quickly with his people and is the kind of dog who will happily become your loyal sidekick through every adventure. Chuck loves to stay busy, whether it's hiking, playing fetch, learning new tricks, exploring the neighborhood, or simply following his favorite people from room to room. He's happiest when he's included!
Ideal Home
Chuck is looking for an active home that understands the needs of his breed and is excited to help him continue growing into the amazing companion he's meant to be. He'll thrive with consistency, positive reinforcement, and a family that enjoys working with such a smart breed. He walks well on leash and would love a family that enjoys staying active. Chuck is dog-friendly and enjoys having canine friends to wrestle and play with. He'd be happy to have another playful dog in his forever home, though it's not a requirement as long as he gets plenty of exercise, enrichment, and socialization. We do not know how he does with cats.
