Peanut

Peanut, a senior gentleman affectionately known as Elvis by his foster mom, is seeking a loving retirement home. He adores spending time outdoors, snuggling under the covers, and being right in your lap. Peanut is friendly with other dogs and is eager to make friends with every cat he meets. He even calmly ignores chickens, considering them "too much drama."

Ideal Home

A home that appreciates a leisurely pace for walks filled with sniffing adventures. Peanut also believes human beds are superior to dog beds!

Ongoing Health

Peanut had a complete dental done upon entering rescue and is now mostly, if not entirely, toothless. For this reason, he does best with canned food.

Training & Support

Peanut is house-trained. He loves car rides and will enthusiastically shift from side to side, looking out every window.
