About Bubba Bear With The Toothless Smile

Bubba Bear is a sight for sore eyes! This approximately 3-year-old, 60-pound pup, believed to be a Black Lab/Pittie mix, has a way of making everyone smile with his gentle, toothless grin. He's an incredibly easygoing dog with a calming presence, often described as a peaceful companion who prefers to relax nearby rather than engage in boisterous play. Bubba is a "slow burn" when it comes to new environments, preferring to observe and assess before fully settling in, which is truly endearing. Once comfortable, he's affectionate in the sweetest way, politely asking for pets with a gentle head in your lap or a paw offered.

Ideal Home

Bubba would thrive in a calm home that matches his mellow personality, ideally in a residential neighborhood with a fenced yard where he can enjoy a predictable routine. He's more of a homebody and likely wouldn't be happy in an apartment or a busy city environment.

Ongoing Health

No specific health conditions are mentioned. His adoption fee includes all vetting, including vaccinations, deworming, flea and heartworm prevention, and spay/neuter.

Training & Support

Bubba is crate trained, though he prefers not to be crated alone. He settles best when he can see his family or other dogs. He's also doing very well with potty training and has learned to use a doggy door if needed.
