Benny

Benny is a charming 3-year-old husky mix who weighs about 55 lbs. He absolutely adores snuggling and being petted, and his favorite activity after that is being brushed – it's just another way to get some affection! Benny enjoys slow walks, gets along well with female dogs and children, and is remarkably non-reactive to cats. He's calmly observed yappy neighborhood dogs and even fireworks without flinching, preferring to simply meander along with his person. A certified trainer believes Benny would make a wonderful family dog.

Ideal Home

Benny is a versatile companion who can thrive in any environment, making him a great fit for apartment living or homes with or without a yard. His preferred pace is a slow meander, but he's adaptable.

Ongoing Health

Benny is vaccinated and microchipped. He will be neutered through the rescue prior to adoption.

Training & Support

While generally well-behaved, Benny's one quirk is a mild interest in chasing bunnies, though he quickly loses steam. He's considered non-reactive, a non-runner, and not a fence jumper or digger.
