Meet Oakley!

Oakley is a handsome 68lb Terrier/Pitbull mix with an estimated birthday of December 16, 2021. He's a super sweet boy who loves to be by your side, following you around like a shadow and making sure to be in the same room as you. Oakley is also quite independent and smart, already knowing "sit" and "get on your bed." His foster mom describes him as an independent and very smart pup.

Walks are Oakley's absolute favorite thing, and he enjoys 3-4 of them a day. He's a pro on the leash and knows how to "slow down" when needed. While Oakley tolerates other dogs, he would likely be happiest in a home as the only canine companion. He does have a strong prey drive and enjoys chasing cats and squirrels.

Oakley has overcome a lot in his young life. He was found as a stray in a rough neighborhood, emaciated and with a severely injured ear. Despite his past, he remains a remarkably sweet and loving dog, always ready with a greeting and a wagging tail.

Ideal Home

Oakley would thrive in a home where he can be your constant companion. He would likely prefer to be the only dog in the household.

Oakley is fully vaccinated, microchipped, and neutered.
