Roo is a sweet and happy 13-week-old Chihuahua mix who was rescued along with her sister, Maple, from a euthanasia list in Kern County. She's a little hop-along pup who can't wait to shower her new family with love and cuddles!

Roo was born with a defect in her front elbows which affects her mobility. She is currently being evaluated to determine the best course of action for her long-term well-being, which may include surgery or managing her condition as is.
