Meet Babe Ruth! This handsome 3-year-old Boxer/American Bulldog mix, weighing in at a mighty 98 pounds, is ready to hit a home run with his forever family! Babe is already a pro at indoor living – he's fully potty trained, crate trained, neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on all his vaccinations and preventatives. He was rescued from the BARC kill list in April 2025 and has since been living his best life in his foster home in Tomball, Texas, soaking up all the love and attention.

Ideal Home

Babe is a people-pleaser and gets along wonderfully with everyone, including kids and other pets. He has three human brothers and three canine siblings who adore him! While he's a social butterfly with humans and lady dogs, Babe is an alpha male and would do best as the only dog in the household or with female dogs, as he can sometimes be dominant with other males.

Ongoing Health

Babe is a healthy boy and is current on all his vaccinations and preventatives.

Training & Support

This affectionate giant is eager to please and incredibly well-behaved. He's trusted to roam freely in his foster home during the day and never causes any trouble. At night, he happily settles into his crate for a good night's sleep. Babe is great with new visitors and loves to shower everyone with affection, often thinking he's a lap dog!
