Meet Egret! This sweet Terrier mix puppy has been on quite a journey, coming to us shy and uncertain, but her personality is finally starting to shine through! Egret is learning to gain confidence and it's been a beautiful thing to witness. She's doing wonderfully with other dogs and enjoys playing with them, but people can still be a little spooky for her. She needs time to warm up and decide you're safe before she'll let her guard down, but once she does, you'll see the real Egret emerge! Because she was timid for so long, her adopter will have the special privilege of helping her discover her full potential.
Ideal Home
Egret would do best in a home with patient people who understand that shy puppies need time, encouragement, and space to blossom. A home with another confident, friendly dog would be ideal, as she learns from watching other dogs and having a canine mentor would help her continue building confidence.
Ongoing Health
All dogs are examined by our veterinarian, spayed or neutered if old enough, and up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations at the time of adoption. We share all known medical information, but we cannot guarantee future health or rule out underlying conditions.
Training & Support
Egret is still learning who she really is, and her adopter will help her discover her full potential. Accidents may occur during the transition to a new home, and additional training should be expected.
