A little about them
Cyrus is a 2-year-old, 140-pound Great Dane fostered in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. He is an exceptionally affectionate, people-focused Velcro dog who loves hugs, cuddles, car rides, tug-of-war, and meeting new people. This loyal, playful lovebug is happiest when he can stay close to his humans and be part of their daily adventures.
Ideal Home
Cyrus is wonderful with people and fantastic with children. He would thrive with an active family that enjoys walks, car rides, and community outings. He can do well with other dogs after proper introductions, though he does not need another dog to be happy. His compatibility with cats is unknown.
A fenced yard is required. Cyrus enjoys rough play and believes he is a lap dog, so his ideal family will appreciate giant breeds, close cuddles, and plenty of physical affection.
Ongoing Health
Cyrus is fully vaccinated, neutered, and microchipped. He has one small cyst on his left front paw that does not cause him discomfort.
Training & Support
Cyrus is house and potty trained. His leash manners are mostly good, although he may pull when excited, and his recall is decent but not perfect. He sleeps peacefully while his family is away, but he strongly dislikes the crate and prefers being part of the action.
