JANICE

Janice is a beautiful, sweet, and energetic 1-year-old German Shepherd mix who makes an excellent companion! She's a calm cuddle bug indoors but full of energy outdoors, loving creeks and long walks, making her an excellent adventure buddy. Janice is comfortable being left alone in an apartment and doesn't bark or damage anything. She's not scared of loud noises and has slept through thunderstorms without issue, and hasn't reacted to loud cars or construction on walks. While she shows some jumpy puppy energy when meeting new people, it's her way of saying hello, and with time, she's learning not to startle others. She is still a bit nervous about her crate but is showing improvements.

Ideal Home

Janice would thrive in an active home where she can join you on adventures. She would not be compatible in a home with cats or small pets due to her high prey drive. We recommend very slow introductions to any resident dogs, as she has high-energy reactions to other dogs on walks.

Ongoing Health

Janice has not been spayed.

Training & Support

Janice is house-trained with no accidents. She is working on her greeting manners with new people to reduce her excited jumping.
