Val

Come meet Val! This sweet, affectionate 3-year-old girl is about 48 lbs and ready to brighten your day with her happy personality. Val has seamlessly settled into foster life, living happily with four other dogs. She enjoys playful zoomies and spirited games of tug. Val is a clever pup who already knows "sit," "wait," "watch," and "cross." She's highly food-motivated and takes treats gently. Val has excellent house manners, is fully house-trained and crate-trained, and sleeps quietly through the night, though her favorite spot is a cozy dog bed near her people and dog siblings. She shows no guarding behaviors around food or toys and gets along wonderfully with other dogs. Val greets the world with a friendly attitude and is working on remembering that four paws belong on the floor when visitors arrive. She's unfazed by everyday noises like vacuums, garbage trucks, and lawn mowers. Val loves walks, and the longer, the better – she's always ready for an adventure with her favorite person by her side.

Ideal Home

Val would do well in a home with kids older than 8. She enjoys the company of other dogs and is also cat-friendly!

Ongoing Health

Val is up-to-date on her vaccinations and preventatives. She will be spayed/neutered, microchipped, and receive a rabies vaccination prior to adoption.

Training & Support

Val knows "sit," "wait," "watch," and "cross." She is house-trained and crate-trained. She is working on keeping all four paws on the floor when guests arrive.
