Ming

Ming is a 2-year-old, 12lb Shih Tzu mix who is brimming with joy and enthusiasm for life! He greets everyone with a happy smile and loves to be held, quietly soaking in his surroundings. Ming is also content to simply sit by your side and observe the world. Despite a defect in his back leg, Ming approaches everything with determination and doesn't let his disability slow him down. He scoots along happily on all surfaces and loves his walks, though a stroller or doggie backpack is recommended to prevent overexertion. Ming is very friendly with other dogs and enjoys playing with them under supervision. You'll rarely hear him bark, except to get your attention. Ming's left hind leg is non-functional and will require amputation, which is covered by Buckeye's, to improve his quality of life.
