Pippi

Meet Pippi, a 5-year-old queen-in-the-making with a personality as vibrant as her namesake! Pippi is currently living her best "cozy comeback story" life and is ready to find her forever home. She loves soft blankets, tasty meals, and evening cuddles in bed. Pippi has mastered the doggy door and isn't bothered by rain or thunderstorms. She's brave and independent, with a sweet self-soothing habit of gently nibbling on blankets, which is a sign of comfort rather than destruction. Pippi is rediscovering the joy of good food and is happily filling out into her best self.

Ideal Home

Pippi would thrive in a home with someone patient and kind who will continue building her confidence. A home that appreciates snuggles, soft blankets, and celebrates little victories would be ideal. Bonus points if you believe bedtime equals cuddle time!

Training & Support

Pippi has a gentle self-soothing habit of nibbling on blankets. She appreciates slow, kind introductions to new experiences and handling, as she has had some less-than-gentle experiences in the past. She is incredibly willing and responsive when trust is built, especially with the help of snacks. On walks, she's a gem and doesn't mind other dogs. At home, she greets with adorable tippy taps and play bows.
