A home with a big backyard would be wonderful for her to stretch her legs and enjoy the sunshine, but a semi-active family who can provide her with mental stimulation and then enjoy snuggling up with her afterward will also be a perfect fit.

Brooklyn Cherry is a rescue dog, and while we believe she's in good health, we cannot guarantee breed or age. Her adoption fee includes all vetting, vaccinations, deworming, and preventative care.
Training & Support
Brooklyn is already fully potty and crate trained and knows basic commands like "sit" and "shake." She walks well on a leash, though she might pull a bit out of excitement, but she's easily corrected. She's a quick learner and loves to please, so she's ready for more advanced training and can be your ultimate adventure partner.

Brooklyn is located in Texas. We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our rescue-run USDA-certified transport system. This includes drop-off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada (with pick-up locations in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). You can track their journey in real-time and receive photo updates. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
