Hazel

Meet Hazel, a sweet, cautious girl with a heart of gold who is looking for her forever family! This 50-pound, two-year-old brindle beauty knows how to sit, stay, and even spin! Hazel is very smart and loves to show off her skills. While she can be a little fearful in new situations, she truly blossoms once she feels safe and secure. Once she's comfortable, she's incredibly loving and affectionate, adoring cuddles and belly rubs. Hazel has had some training and walks well on a leash, responding to commands. She also gets along well with other dogs!

Hazel came to us after her previous owner had to surrender her due to long work hours. She was initially timid, but she has really started to shine in our care. The structured training environment she experienced is similar to what she'll find in a forever home, making us confident she'll transition smoothly. Hazel's greatest wish is to give unconditional love to a family who will help her blossom into the loyal companion we know she can be. She'll reward your patience with endless devotion.
