Meet Captain, our sweet older gentleman. Captain was found abandoned on the side of the road with his belongings, an experience no dog, especially one as kind and loving as him, should ever endure. Despite his rough start, Captain remains a wonderful companion.

Ideal Home

Captain would thrive in a quiet, calm environment. He is respectful of other dogs and can coexist peacefully but also enjoys his own space and would be happy as the sole pet.

Ongoing Health

Captain is an older gentleman who favors his back end when getting up from a sleep. He would benefit from joint supplements and a healthy diet.

Training & Support

Captain is completely house-trained and has no accidents. He loves walks and may pull a little at first out of excitement, but he is easily controlled. He is also non-destructive when left alone for extended periods.
